Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reelry (“the Service”), operated by HLT3 Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Reelry is an AI-powered platform that generates short-form video content (reels) for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Service includes video generation, scheduling, and publishing features.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as our Merchant of Record for all paid transactions. See Section 5 below for details on Paddle's role.

• Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on your location. Paddle calculates and collects all applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST on your behalf.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record for all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through Reelry. This means:

• Paddle is the seller — your purchase agreement for the payment transaction is between you and Paddle. Paddle's Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply to all payment transactions.
• Tax compliance — Paddle handles the calculation, collection, and remittance of all applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST worldwide.
• Payment methods — Paddle supports credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods depending on your region.
• Invoicing — Paddle issues all receipts and invoices for your purchases. You can access these from the Billing page in your dashboard.
• Refunds & chargebacks — refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy and our money-back guarantee (see Section 6). Chargeback disputes are handled directly by Paddle.
• Currency — Paddle may charge you in your local currency. Exchange rates are determined by Paddle at the time of purchase.

HLT3 Studio provides the Reelry service, platform access, and customer support. Paddle handles the commercial transaction, payment processing, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping.

• New accounts receive a free plan with a limited number of credits each month. No payment information is required.
• Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will process a full refund through Paddle.
• The money-back guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription only. Renewals and top-up credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Credits that have already been consumed to generate reels are considered delivered services. When a refund is processed, only unused credits are reclaimed from your account.

You retain ownership of all content you create using Reelry. By using the Service, you grant Reelry a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating videos.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube community guidelines when publishing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited content at scale.

If you use your own API keys (Bring Your Own Keys mode):

• You are responsible for compliance with each provider's terms of service (Anthropic, Recraft, Runway, ElevenLabs, Shotstack).
• Reelry stores your keys using encryption at rest and only uses them to make API calls on your behalf.
• Reelry is not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party API accounts.
• You may revoke your keys at any time from the Brand Settings page.

Reelry is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Reelry (through Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• Payment-related disputes, including billing errors and chargebacks, are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. HLT3 Studio is not liable for payment processing issues managed by Paddle.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms with or without notice.
• You may delete your account at any time.
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled through Paddle upon account termination. No further charges will be made.
• Sections 7, 10, and 12 survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HLT3 Studio operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. For users in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
